Shipping policy
We ship orders in Continental USA only, via UPS and USPS. Rates and delivery times will be based on their current billing and delivery schedules and the size of the order. Orders $75-$200 will qualify for free shipping. Orders are shipped within (2) days of receipt of the order, excluding holidays and weekends as UPS and USPS does not count these as delivery traveling days.
Hot Weather Shipping
Normal shipping companies do not have air-conditioned delivery vehicles and they will not guarantee the condition of chocolate shipped in warmer weather. As a result, our guarantee does not apply to items damaged in such conditions. During the months of April through September we ship all orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. This ensures that packages are not left sitting in hot warehouses for extended periods.
When placing orders, we recommend expedited shipping of 3 days or faster. Please DO NOT choose ground shipping during the months of APRIL through SEPTEMBER, especially if you are located in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California or Florida. We pack the candy in insulted boxes/coolers and use ice packs. Using these will not guarantee that the product will arrive undamaged but will improve the chances of it. We make every effort to see that your order arrives in perfect condition, but we will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from such weather.
