Shipping Policy
During the summer months, we do ship product. Product will be sent in a box that is insulated and iced with ice packs.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT guarantee that product will arrive unmelted. While we do our best to get your product to you in the best condition, we are not able to ensure that it will not melt during transit. If product melts during transit, we will not offer refunds or resend the product. It is at the customer's discretion to decide whether to order product when the temperature's are high. Please take this all into account when ordering product during the summer.
Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands and our control. We cannot control what happens to a package once it is shipped and in transit to the customer. While we will do our best to help if there are shipping issues, we do not manage how the shipping provider handles the package. If there is an issue with your product/order, please have pictures and the order number available. We cannot guarantee a refund or that we will resend the product, but we will do our best to work with the customer on any issues.
