PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy and credit card security are very important to us. The personal information we collect includes shipping and billing name and address, phone number and credit card information. This information is used only to complete your order. We do not share your personal information with any outside parties for any reason. We will however, from time to time, email our customers with news and special discount offers but you have the option to permanently remove your name from our email list if you choose to do so.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all normal orders shipped within the USA that are over $150.00.

We usually ship all orders via UPS but may ship by other means depending on various factors. Rates and delivery times will be based on their current billing and delivery schedules and the size of the order. Orders are shipped within (2) days of receipt of the order, excluding holidays and weekends. An exception to this is shipping during hot weather periods.

HOT WEATHER SHIPPING

UPS ground shipping from our factory requires 5-6 days for the following states: California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and New Mexico. All orders being shipped are packed with ice to preserve the quality, however, during hot weather months, April through September; ground shipping will not be available. When ordering from these states, you must choose 3 day select, 2 day air or overnight shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Normal shipping companies do not have air conditioned delivery vehicles and they will not guarantee the condition of chocolate shipped in warmer weather. As a result, our guarantee does not apply to items damaged in such conditions. During hot weather, we ship all orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. This ensures that packages are not left setting in hot warehouses for extended periods. When placing orders we recommend expedited shipping of 3-days or faster. Please do not choose ground shipping during the summer months. We pack the candy being shipped in STYROFOAM and use ICE PACKS. Using these will not guarantee that the product will arrive undamaged but will improve the chances of it. We make every effort to see that your order arrives in perfect condition but we will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from such weather.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your order simply return it to us following the instructions below for a full refund. The refund will be granted for the cost of merchandise returned to us that is in its original condition. We do not apply a re-stocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all refunds. Refunds will not be made for merchandise arriving without a valid RMA number. You must contact us no later than seven (7) days after the invoice date to obtain an RMA number. To contact our Customer Service Department please click on the Contact Us button and fill out our email form. Please explain the reason for the return. A (RMA) number will be emailed to you.

• Pack the candy securely in its original packaging if possible and include your name and address.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
• Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

UPS Ground Shipping is not available to residents of UPS Zone 6 which encompasses Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Washington and Wyoming.
