Your privacy and credit card security are very important to us. The personal information we collect includes shipping and billing name and address, phone number and credit card information. This information is used only to complete your order. We do not share your information with any outside parties for any reason. We will however, from time to time, email our customers with news and special discount offers but you have the option to permanently remove your name from our email list if you choose to do so.
Free shipping on orders over $50, with a maximum of $200 per order. We ship orders from central Pennsylvania via UPS. Rates and delivery times will be based on their current billing and delivery schedules and the size of the order. Orders are shipped within (2) days of receipt of the order, excluding holidays and weekends as UPS does not count these as delivery traveling days. We only ship within the continental USA.
For all items ordered you will receive an email with your tracking number included (if you provide the right email address during checkout). Go to UPS Package Tracker to find out where your package is with UPS and the estimated delivery date.
HOT WEATHER SHIPPING
Normal shipping companies do not use air conditioned delivery vehicles and they will not guarantee the condition of chocolate shipped in warmer weather. As a result, our guarantee does not apply to items damaged in such conditions. During hot weather, we ship all orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. This ensures that packages are not left in hot warehouses for extended periods. When placing orders, we recommend expedited shipping of 3 days or less. Please DO NOT choose ground shipping during the months of APRIL - SEPTEMBER or when temperatures are above 75 degrees, especially if you are located in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, California, or Florida. We pack candy orders in insulated boxes and use ice packs. The purpose of the ice packs is to keep the candy from melting, NOT to keep the candy cold. Our ice packs last up to 72 hours, we will not be held responsible for damages, such as melting, to orders received after 72 hours of shipping. Using these will not guarantee that the product will arrive undamaged but will improve the chances of it. We make every effort to see that your order arrives in perfect condition but we will not be held responsible for any damage resulting from such weather. Upon receiving your order, we recommend placing your candy in an air conditioned environment, if possible. If not possible, place inside a refrigerator (this may cause slight discoloration, but does not affect quality).
To protect our customers health and safety, Boyer Candies cannot accept returns on edible items or opened candy, unless damaged in transit. If this is a case, a claim needs to be filed with UPS. We do accept returns on our logo merchandise. For all logo merchandise, if you are not happy with your order simply return it us following the instructions below for a full refund. The refund will be granted for the cost of merchandise returned to us that is in its original condition. We do not apply a re- stocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all refunds. Refunds will not be made for merchandise arriving without a valid RMA number. You must contact us no later than seven (7) days after the invoice date to obtain an RMA number. To contact our Customer Service Department please click the Contact Us button and fill out our email form. Please explain the reason for the return. A (RMA) number will be emailed to you.
WHOLESALE AND RETAIL CUSTOMERS
